To suspend a hold, visit our website, https://hendersonlibraries.com/

• Click on My Account 
• Log-in with your 14-digit library card number and library PIN/Password 
• On the left-hand side click on Requests  
• Check the box next to the title you wish to suspend
• At the bottom of the page, click Suspend/Reactivate Selected  
• Select a new activation date

• On the left-hand side click on Requests  
• Check the box next to the title you wish to cancel
• At the bottom of the page, click Cancel Selected
